Terms and conditions
The terms a shop agrees to
These are the terms between Muazn and a shop that uses it. A shop's owner agrees to them when they set up the shop, on behalf of the shop; everyone the owner gives a sign-in to uses the service under them. They are written in plain words on purpose. If something is not clear, write to sylloratcg@gmail.com before you agree.
Version 2026-10-19, dated 19 October 2026. We keep a note of the date and the version each shop agreed to.
1. The service
Muazn is a point of sale and inventory service for trading-card shops: a counter to buy, sell and trade cards with a market price beside each, stock with printed labels, reports, staff sign-ins with their own access, an online catalogue customers browse on their phones, and a listing on this website while that catalogue is on. It is for businesses. By setting up a shop you say that you may act for that business, and that you are at least 18.
2. Your shop and your sign-ins
- We look at every new shop before it opens, and at every change to its name, words, address, phone or email. We may refuse a shop or a change, and we say why. A shop that is refused can correct what it sent and ask again.
- Give true details and keep them true: your shop's name, where it is, how customers reach it, and who owns it.
- Your sign-in is yours: keep its password to yourself. The owner makes the shop's staff sign-ins, decides what each person may do, and answers for what is done under them. Tell us at once if you think a sign-in has been misused.
3. Plans and payment
- You choose a plan when you set up the shop. Each plan says what it includes (how many cards in stock, how many people, which games, which extras) and what it costs a month. The plans and their prices are on this website and in the app.
- You pay us directly, by bank transfer or cash, and we record the payment. Buying and selling switch on once the shop is approved and its first payment is recorded, and stay on for the period paid for. When a period runs out, the counter closes until the next payment is recorded; your records stay readable throughout.
- Moving up to a larger plan takes effect once we record the payment for it. Moving down takes effect at once and may switch off what the smaller plan does not include; the app says what, before you confirm.
- A promo code is applied once, to one shop, on the terms it states. A code that does not work is said so when you use it.
- We may change a plan's price or what it includes. We tell you by email at least thirty days before a change that affects your shop, and it applies from your next payment after that.
- Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we say so in writing.
4. What you may not do
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or for anything other than running a shop.
- Enter details of a customer, a staff member or another shop that you have no right to enter.
- Copy another shop's name, number or words, or pass your shop off as someone else's.
- Try to reach another shop's data, to get around the access the owner set, or to overload, probe or interfere with the service.
- Resell the service, or give sign-ins to people outside the business.
5. Data
- Your shop's records are yours: its stock, its transactions, its customers' details and its settings. We keep them for you and use them only to run the service, as the Privacy policy says.
- Your customers' details are entered by your shop, and your shop answers to its customers for them. Enter only what you need, tell your customers what you keep, and correct or remove a customer's details when they ask; the app lets you.
- The catalogue of cards, sets and market prices is ours and our data providers'. You may use it in your shop; you may not copy it out of the service to use elsewhere.
- A market price is information, taken from what cards have sold for elsewhere. It is not a promise of what a card is worth or what you will get for it. Your prices are your decisions.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running every day and to fix faults quickly, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may take it down briefly for maintenance, at quiet times where we can, and we tell you about planned work in advance. Daily backups are kept. The apps need an internet connection; what happens on your own devices and network is yours to see to.
7. Ending the service
- You can stop at any time: the shop's owner deletes the shop and their account in the app (Settings, Your sign-in), which deletes everything the shop holds and cannot be undone. Export what you want to keep first.
- We may suspend or close a shop that has not paid, that breaks section 4, or that puts the service or other shops at risk. Except where the risk is immediate, we tell you first and give you time to put it right. A closed shop's records stay readable to its owner for thirty days, then go.
- If we ever stop offering the service, we tell you at least sixty days ahead so you can take your records with you.
8. Liability
- We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we give no other promise about it.
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a loss of profit, of business, of goodwill or of data, or for any indirect loss, however it arises, nor for decisions you make on the strength of a market price.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability to a shop for anything arising from the service in a year is limited to what that shop paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell every shop by email at least thirty days before the change takes effect, and the version and date at the top change with it. Using the service after that date means the shop agrees to the new terms. If you do not agree, you can stop as section 7 says.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us goes to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
